It’s our first time to visit Neo Art Cafe and I must say that this isn’t your ordinary cafe. It’s a cafe, toy collectors haven and diy art studio in one. We enjoyed all the food that we ordered. My top fave is the truffle pasta. Their drinks were also yum! It’s a good chill spot to bond with your friends and family. Must visit!

Pet-friendly + coffee = instant win! Brought my Shih Tzu, Tammy, to Neo Art Cafe and I’m so happy they allow pets! The staff were super friendly and even gave her treats and a spot to sit. I had the Hungarian Cocktail Plate and a hot cafe latte that hit the spot. While Tammy chilled beside me, I did a DIY keychain and browsed their collectible shelves. I picked up a cute Emma figure as a gift for my sister at home. Love how it caters to both fur parents and toy collectors!

I really loved their Chainsaw Man–inspired menu—the food was delicious, filling, and super generous with servings (hindi tinipid at all). The Denji French Toast is one of my top picks, not too sweet and really satisfying. What makes this café even more special is how pet-friendly they are—they even gave my fur baby a treat when we arrived . Plus, they have so many fun things inside: anime merchandise, blind boxes, and DIY art activities (I made a cute lamp!) which made the whole experience extra exciting. The place is very cozy and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. It’s also such a great spot for chill hangouts or barkada bonding over food, art, and collectibles. Just a heads-up, parking is a bit limited, but honestly everything else makes it totally worth the visit.

If you’re looking for a unique date idea or bonding activity for your family, you should visit Neo Art Cafe. It’s a toy cafe and DIY art studio in one. They have an extensive menu, mostly comfort food - breakfast plates, sandwiches, pasta, and cakes. From what we tried, I really liked the seared ebi sandwich, french toast, and Neo breakfast platter. For drinks, they have coffee, tea, matcha, and milk. I recommend you try the Matcha Strawberry. They are the first distributor of Lucky Emma toys in the Philippines and boast an up-to-date collection. There are other blind box toys, build kits, anime art toys, and more. They even have clothes for kids. For the DIY Art Studio, they have drip or hand painting. You can choose from a selection of coin bank figures. They also have blank canvas panels. There’s also paint by numbers and some sort of soft bead artwork. There’s just a lot of things to do here so it’s a good spot if you’re looking to try a new hobby while enjoying good food.

I like discovering new places so this one is not an easy to find because it's on the second floor along Retiro St. However, when we found out this from someone's vlogging so I find it interesting and need to try to visit out of curiousity. Am amazed how this place are full of collectible items for anime and other cartoon characters. And when I asked the price of some items, it's not that expensive too compared to the price I asked in Japan before. I tried their foods also with my family and most of them approved in our palette and taste great for us, they have big serving also. When my daughter wanted to do some art painting so we decided to stay a bit longer and have coffee for me and matcha latte for my daughter which we love also. Their coffee is cute have nice art decoration on top also.

No food pics, I ate it all super fast haha. But it was good! We got the Golden Enoki Truffle, you HAVE to try it!!! I also got the Sea Salt Latte, and as a coffee lover who makes my own, I loved it. We got some impulse buys from their surprise items. You could even work there they have lots of outlets. Will definitely be back!

This is our go to place if we want to eat comfort food. My kids love their soda pops with popping bobas. All their food are good especially their pasta. I bring some of my clients here also when we have meetings around the area. They also have kids and adult activities as well like paintings. Atmosphere is very family friendly.
